We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, discuss and scope potential work, and maintain records of our correspondence. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists as a result of submitting the contact form.

Service providers

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Contact form submissions are delivered by a third-party form-handling service and forwarded to our email inbox. These providers process information on our behalf so that the site and the contact form can function.

Sensitive and identifiable data

Please do not submit patient-identifiable information, passwords, unpublished sensitive data, or restricted files through the contact form. If a project requires the transfer of sensitive data, we will agree an appropriate method and any necessary agreement before any files are shared.

Data retention

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain records of work discussed, after which it is deleted or reviewed. You can ask us to delete the information you have sent.
